The insurance covers our cars and passengers only; it does not assume responsibility for losses or damage that is not directly related to our services. Once you have completed a payment for the service, the client will legally be accepting these terms and conditions, and that these may be altered and published on our website at any time.<\/li>\n<li>These terms and conditions apply to all services and these are the only conditions to be applied.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The contents of our website are intended strictly for people who are over the age of 18 years old and who can purchase the services presented, using the payment method required on our website.<\/li>\n<li>The amounts are presented in Euros, quoted by number of vehicles or by number of people, depending on the type of service chosen, all legal taxes included.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The services presented on the website, such as tours, are named for publicity and marketing purposes as \u201cExperiences\u201d. This does not limit Feelgo Portugal, Lda on offering other types of services.<\/li>\n<li>The booking of any service has to be made at the latest 48h in advance of the service provision. Payment has to be made upon confirmation of the booking. No reservations will be confirmed without payment. We request that you give as much detail as possible on the service requested, as we will assume it as correct according to your expectation.<\/li>\n<li>Feelgo Portugal, Lda will provide written confirmation with the details of the reservation of the service requested. The company will issue a voucher for your reservation that has to be presented to the company representative or the service provider at the start of the service. For a reservation including two or more people, the client who makes the purchase will be responsible for the reservation and will act as<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>intermediary between Feelgo Portugal, Lda and the members of the reservation, accepting the terms and conditions on their behalf.<\/li>\n<li>Feelgo Portugal, Lda reserves the right to require at least 2 participants before confirming the carrying out of an Experience.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Feelgo Portugal, Lda reserves the right to limit the number of children under 10 years old to 40% of the total number of participants. Specific situations can be evaluated according to requests.<\/li>\n<li>Children up to 4 years old do not pay for the service, but they travel with the mandatory safety equipment, the booking will be subject to a specific fee, which will be specified on the reservation form.<\/li>\n<li>At Feelgo Portugal, Lda Experiences, the entrance fees for monuments, events and other activities, as well as the cost of meals are not included in the price, except if mentioned on the description of the Experiences.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>If the vehicle chosen for the service is not available, Feelgo Portugal, Lda will provide a replacement with another vehicle with the same quality and comfort, even if it is a different brand.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Feelgo Portugal, Lda reserves the right to refuse transportation to clients who present themselves under the influence of alcohol or drugs and might put the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers in danger. The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden in our vehicles, as well as eating or smoking.<\/li>\n<li>All monetary transactions are made via Paypal, this entity is the manager of all payments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>II. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Refunds<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>All taxes and transfer fees applied to any refunds will be at the charge of the client, as 5% retained on the amount to be reimbursed. Any cancelation made up to 48h before the start of the service provision will not be penalized. All cancelations made between 48h and the start of the service will not be reimbursed.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Refunds will be made at a maximum 20 working days delay after the cancelation announcement by the client. Exception is made to any events out of the control of Feelgo Portugal, Lda that may delay reimbursement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">III. Complaints\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>All complaints should be addressed to the company\u2019s representative or the service provider during the service execution or after the service execution, by writing, on the adequate form. The client has 30 working days (or calendar days?), from the date of the service execution, to place the complaint so it will be taken into account by the company.<\/li>\n<li>Feelgo Portugal, Lda will not accept complaints resulting from circumstances that are out of our control, such as: delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, mechanical failures, road accidents, delays caused by other guests, police operations, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Feelgo Portugal Lda, does not accept responsibility for non presentation of any personal document from the client which might be necessary to the execution of the service inside or outside of Portugal, as well as objects that may have been forgotten in the vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Any complaint received and founded will receive an answer at a maximum 30 days after notification to the company.<\/li>\n<li>All conflicts arising will be resolved as per Portuguese Law and on the Julgado de Paz do Porto, with expressed renouncement of any other jurisdiction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IV. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Terms and Conditions Specific to the Transfer Service<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On transfer bookings, it is the client\u2019s responsibility to indicate the maximum details available, such as: flight number, time of departure or arrival, origin or destination, address of the place of stay, so that we can provide the best service possible. Feelgo Portugal, Lda will not accept complaints and\/or reimbursement requests from clients who have given insufficient or wrong information to the company.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The client must inform the company about any special support needs, such as: luggage excess; transportation of special objects (ie. wheelchairs, surfboards, animal transport cases, etc); under penalty of being refused the extra service.<\/li>\n<li>Luggage and personal belongings are under the full responsibility of the client.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>A transfers to the airport, the departure time agreed between the parties must be respected so that we can ensure arrival in due time. Feelgo Portugal, Lda will not assume responsibility for situations of force majeure. The driver will not wait more than 15 minutes after the agreed time of departure.<\/li>\n<li>Any changes on the time agreed for the start of the service have to be informed at least 24h prior via email or the contact numbers of Feelgo Portugal, Lda. The company declines any responsibility in the event of no show of the client and will not reimburse any amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>PRIVACY POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Feelgo Portugal, Lda is commited to ensuring a quality service to all its clients, as well as safeguarding their privacy.<\/p>\n<p>Personal Information<\/p>\n<p>Some personal information data from the client will be requested at the moment of the booking of a service. This information will only be used for the reservation. The client\u2019s email address may be used by Feelgo Portugal, Lda for sending Newsletters or information related to promotions from the company, if the client authorizes this use at the moment of the booking. The client can opt out of this use at any moment.
